What is a good brand of acrylic paint for textiles?

I've heard that Lukas is a good brand, since it doesn't crack or peel. Sadly, it's not available here in the Philippines. I'd like to know what is the consistency of that paint if it's thick or a bit water.

Suggestions of brands are also very much welcome. What is a good brand of acrylic paint for textiles?
If you are painting t-shirts or other clothing, Any acrylic paint will work, IF you use a fabric medium. Fabric medium is colorless and will not change the paint. What it does do is make the paint flexible so that it doesn't crack or flake off the garment. It also makes the paint washable. I don't recommend putting a painted garment in the dryer, though. Even with fabric medium, the heat from the dryer will make the paint crack or melt.
