No, but if you take a certain brand's color chip to any place that mixes paint colors, they can look it up in a database and match that particular color.
I was having my house painted and the painting company uses Sherwin Williams. They said to go out and find a color I wanted. And, they said I could get the chip from any paint company, because they could find out what the proper pigment blend was on the computer.
