I got rubbed into by another vehicle and was able to clean the paint off, leaving a few scratches. i need a good touch up paint so i dont mess it up.What is the best brand of automotive touch up paint?
Duplicolor is the best known, and is in most auto stores...
To select the exact match you'll need your paint code. I would get a small spray can, rather than the little bottles, to get a better result...
I would suggest getting 600 grit sand paper and lightly roughen up around the scratches (dull the paint), clean it good and dry, no dust, then spraying several light coats to even it out. Mask off any thing close with blue painters tape to keep over spray off the pieces you don't want paint on...take your time, and DON'T do it in direct sunlight...shade is much better. That means don't let your car get all hot to the touch...
