I am painting some bmx bike forks. What type or brand of spray paint do you recommend?

just got new forks but i don't like the color. i want to know what paint does the best job.I am painting some bmx bike forks. What type or brand of spray paint do you recommend?
Get the touch-up paint available in auto-parts stores. You can get great colors that aren't available in regular spray paint.


I know one brand name is ';Dupli-Color';.


You can get any color that auto manufacturers paint their cars. The cans are small, but you don't need a whole lot of paint to paint a bicycle.


Also, the auto paint is more scratch resistant than ';krylon'; or other major brands of spray paint.


Avoid breathing the fumes!


Wear a respirator, or paint it outside.





I would recommend a metallic color, one that has aluminum powder mixed in the paint, so it will look real shiny .
