If i want to paint a shirt, what kind of paint can I use? What brand?

I need the specific name of what kind of paint do I need to paint a t-shirt. I'll prefer the kind of paint that doesn't come off if you wash it, if you know the name please, thank you! If i want to paint a shirt, what kind of paint can I use? What brand?
I think you should get some fabric paint in my Home Ec. Class we wer designing t-shirts and I reccomend that you use is called Tulip Fabric paint and it comes in many different colors for cheap. It definetly dosen't come off in the wash.
