What is the brand name for paint that is weather and rot resent?

I use Kiltz, it stands up well to the elements, and usually you need one coat. Whatever brand you get, don't get el cheapo ($7-$10 a gal)';professional'; paint. Around $20 a gallon in a reasonable price. Believe me the expensive paint is cheaper, you don't have to keep re-coating it, and it lasts a long time.
