What is the best paint brand product?

Im painting my room but im still indecisive on which paint product i should buy.





Should I buy...Glidden, Sherwin Williams, Behr ext...





Im painting my room purple and i want a nice paint that will last a long time.

You don't need to prime already painted walls as people are advising you. This is a false notion.





I don't know what paint you use in USA, apart from Glidden which here is not the best by far.What is the best paint brand product?
I used Behr for all my walls, but I don't buy the new kind with the primer in it either. Instead, I buy Kilz to prime it and ask the paint department at the store to tint it with the color of the paint I just bought. Home Depot is good about this. Good luck.
Behr has been the best interior paint that i have used so far. You can buy it at home depot. And the others are correct, dont waste your money on the new Behr paint with the primer built in. It doesnt work any different from their regular paint. Just get Kilz primer and then use your Behr paint.
I've been very happy with Behr and have used it in 9 different rooms so far. It covers well, has a nice finish and holds up well to cleaning off any dirt or marks. The eggshell finish is nicest on most walls.
I have found that using Glidden in the past has been rather sticky and hard to use.


Behr, however goes on nice and smooth, and lasts a long time.


Just make sure you prime the walls first with a seperate primer. The 2 in 1s have not worked for me or any one else that I know of.
