I need to get this off the wall with as little damage as possible. I know I will have to paint, but I have tried Goo Gone and it doesn't work.Does anyone know how to get Spencers Brand Neon Paint off of a wall, it dried raised?
You are going to have to sand it off. That's the only way to get rid of the raised parts. Take a block of wood and wrap sand paper around it. Sand the walls until they feel smooth. I would prime before I paint.
